I made my reservation and the Gentleman I spoke with couldn’t of been any nicer. Unfortunately we were going there for a softball tournament that was canceled at the last minute and I called very late in the afternoon and asked about the cancellation charge and Stephanie was great enough to say she would waive it for me this one time. These people are awesome, I have to say they were both the nicest people I’ve talk to you in a long time!! Thank you very much
Very friendly staff, and a large clean room. Breakfast sandwich not very good, but once again, terrific staff. My only complaint was the bathroom. Couldn’t get either outlet to work. I am handicapped with limited use of my left arm and leg. We had requested a handicapped accessible room. The only grab bar was upon entering the shower. I took a shower, but was terrified, and it wasn’t a very good shower. There were no grab bars by the toilet, I had to rely on my cane. We would love to stay again when we visit our daughter who lives in Ottawa, but I guess we will have to try somewhere else that has grab bars.
This was a very clean hotel. It was just off the expressway and convenient. The management staff were helpful with suggestions and directions. The grab and go meals (Covid) were good, fresh, and what you would expect. The only complaint is that we were right next to the elevators and they seemed a little loud throughout the night.
It was a very comfortable place to stay. The people were great, but the breakfast to go was lacking. All of the other holiday expresses I have stayed at lately have had regular breakfasts.
Great service friendly staff and had a little game in lobby to guess the amount of beads in the jar for a reward.
