My grandmother ordered a 12X12 feet area rug from this establishment. Took them three weeks to get it in and deliver it to her house. I measured the carpet after unrolling it and preparing to place it down for her. It measured 8.5X8.5. She called to see if was some sort of mix up and to try to get it corrected. He stated that she order an 8X6 feet carpet. Even shadier was his failure to print the measurement on the reciept. He was clearly trying to take advantage of her due to her age. She wasted $250 at the establishment. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I had bought carpet for my whole house separate times.. the last time was back last winter I bought it for my bedroom and they was supposed to put a piece of wood from the carpet to my hardwood and never brought the piece with them and I paid $35 for that strip of wood.. so I have called the salesman Jacob for the past month and he was supposed to send me a picture of some carpet I wanted for my living room and he will not get back with me and I called today and talk to a lady named Morgan and she informed me that I won’t be able to get that carpet no longer can be ordered.. I would not recommend these people and I just wonder if the owners know how their salespeople are ruining their business.. I have spent thousands of dollars there but will never go back after this episode..

I highly recommend them for your carpet needs! The price was great and they did a excellent job installing the carpet. They did everything from pulling up the old carpet, installing the new, and getting rid of the old.
