I had a very good experience last week at this store. Heather and Kevan were very helpful, even when the T-Mobile billing system went down and they could not get my phone set up. They were very nice and easy to talk to, the best experience I have ever had buying a phone. Will never go to another T-Mobile besides this one.
The Ottawa location has some amazing representatives. They are always super helpful and honest. Im always welcomed when I enter the store. They actually care about my concerns and find way to resolve any issues that I present. I have no complaints!!!
T Mobile in Peru screwed up my Sister's case trying to put on a new screen protector. We came to Ottawa to see if they could figure it out. Heather D. is amazing. She got the case off and screen protector on in no time. Now to fight with Peru for a new case. We will always come to Ottawa to see Heather D. Amazing service.
