Sold me new furniture and gave me used floor model furniture. So unhappy a business does this to people. I asked my salesman Jeff twice making sure I'd get new furniture and both times he reassured me I would not get the floor model. Glad I took photos of the damaged tags at the store so I knew. I will be contacting the BBB first thing in the morning.
We have ordered from furniture sellers many times over the years, and they have always gone above and beyond to provide great customer service and ensure that we were happy with our purchase!
Lots of furniture in this store. So much you can't even sit on the sofas to try them out!. Only other thing is someone follows you around, kind of annoying.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Delivery put in one shelf missing a wall peg. Rich gave me a new one np. Allowed an replacement/ exchange easily when the ottoman with our set was too big for the area we had. Wide selection but wish they stocked recliners with storage and/or storage.
We really just love our sectional we purchased! My hubby & I looked at several places before choosing the one we bought. Our sales associate Tabitha was just awesome! She was very sweet & knowledgeable And helped us to get the sectional we really wanted! We will definitely be shopping in the Ottawa location again in the future!nI recommend this place to anyone that is looking for furniture that will last & is worth investing your money into. Ours is made by Jackson Furniture!nA great company & they made our sofa just for us!nOur delivery was easy to set up! Our delivery went very smooth they where prompt & professional.
