My experience wasn’t so nice upon opting into service my identity had to be proved because in 2013 someone took an account out in my name and in 2020 again they tried or started an account in my name. Now I’ve gone in five times to see where my 250 in gift cards were and they tell me In store that if I didn’t claim my cards within 48 hrs I can’t get them yet they didn’t tell me about how to retrieve the cards in the first place they said I would get an email which I didn’t and the person hose who opened the account is never there and according to all associates there’s no manager there to speak too so hopefully the owner will do the right thing.

This place was super friendly. And help full. The employee Dakota was very knowledgeable. Worked with us to be able to work within our budget. And make right choices. Never once felt like we were being pressured into buying something we didn't want. Would definitely recommend going Verizon. And going to this place

Was in need of a new phone so I ventured into the Verizon store in Ottawa il....thanks to Brian and Ashley the experience was great.Brian went out of his way to find the phone i was looking for and maid sure it was gonna be in the store for next day for me....Ashley was very awesome as well helping with getting the new phone set up.there was no peir pressure at all to buy something you didn't want to get...I said want I was looking for and they were more then willing to help out I recommend this store if you are a Verizon customer or looking to switch over
