Ordered a deep freeze they also charged for an extended warranty I didn't purchase. Delivery day comes they give you a 2hr windo and 4hrs after that they show up. Then to get told sorry they just called me n then I got stopped by police, wow is all I can say. Then I try to call sears its an hr n 1/2 wait on phone. So I call the store I purchased from he says sorry I can't help you call the 800 number n hangs up. Are you kidding me Sears. This is why sears is going out of business n I will never purchase again.
Quiet little place off the beaten path, with staff that know their stuff and are very helpful.
Matt did a great job of helping us pick out a new washer. I was very satisfied.
Awful customer service. Will not return phone calls, get hung up on when they do answer. Go to Sherman's! If I could I would leave 0 stars.
