Comfortable facility, and felt safe with Covid restrictions in place. Very prompt. Staff very knowledgeable and kind. Dr was also very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything. I would recommend Gailey Eye Clinic, hands down.

They withheld my prescription from me until it was expired, then were super rude when I asked them to mail it to me. I work in healthcare, am in school for paramedic and my glasses are fogging up to the max with wearing masks all the time and I’m over it. Just wanted my contacts prescription. Then when I received my prescription there was stuff written on it saying “EXPIRED. DO NOT FILL”. Super ignorant and unprofessional. I have every single right to get my own prescription, expired or not.

Really disappointed with Gailey. Beautiful facility but very poor service. Took me forever to get help ordering my contacts and got the run around every time I called for assistance. They didn't even submit to my insurance and I had to pay in full out of pocket and work to get reimbursed. Will not be returning.

I went to Gailey seeing some bad reviews. I decided to try it anyway. My glasses are great they did a fine job. My low review is due to the price of $1100 for one trip for a pair of trifocals, anti scratch and progressives. The price was way to high for what I received. I have eight people in my family that wear glasses and now will not go there due to the price and I will not go back either. I am sure I will find something more affordable next time at another eye doctor. This review is more for Gailey than anyone. Ottawa is a small town and word will quickly get around about pricing. You may want to reduce your profit margin. I know you have already lost at least 8 potential customers and people like to talk. Have a great day.
