Dr.Laun is amazing, my daughter cracked a tooth and we were able to get in that day. She explained everything to me wonderfully and made sure I knew what was going on every step on the way, she also made sure I knew how much I was going to have to pay for her procedure which is always nice! The rest of the staff was great as well from the receptionists, to the aides, they were all very professional and sweet to all the children. Best experience I've ever had with a dentist! I wont go anywhere else now that we've been spoiled by Ottawa childrens dentistry!!

I have went to Dr. Wrobel every year of my childhood and never had a bad experience. The receptionists and the nurses have always put any worries at ease. Dr. Wrobel is an extremely nice man and I`m quite sad that I can`t go to him anymore since I`m not in my teens anymore.

Dr. Wrobel is extremely professional! I have four children and never had a problem. No one likes to go to the dentist and it can be scary. After my children's first visit they never had a problem. They knew Dr. Wrobel cares about them and their teeth. The staff always are great with letting me know about my insurance coverage and getting all four of my kids scheduled at the same time. Dr. Wrobel also has spent decent time after their appointments to discuss what treatments have been done and what treatments need to be done. I'm very impressed and pleased with my children's healthy beautiful teeth that will last a lifetime. Thanks to Dr.Wrobel and staff! Thanks

First of all the receptionist there are very rude. Dr. Wrobel is very very rude. He is not a nice person. My daughter had a cavity and she doesn't like needles and she was crying to yell for me. They strapped her to the chair so that way they could give her the shot. Luckily I came out of the bathroom and her crying. I walked right in there at raised heck. I myself unstrapped my daughter and I walked out of the office. He terrorized her. He is a mean man. Needless to say she has a new dentist who doesn't do that. The only nice and good person in there is Dr. Ewald. Don't know why he owns a practice with that man. Parents be smart and don't send them to Wrobel.
