This was the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I was there to pick up an antidepressant that also helps me sleep. The way I was treated when being told they were out and only had a partial was beyond cruel. It’s unbelievable to me that they would keep a pharmacist and pharmacy technician who treats anyone this way, let alone a person who has depression. Luckily I have a good support system at home but I’m saddened to think of people who don’t and will be treated so poorly at a place you should be treated with utmost respect.

I used the drive thru to pick up 2 prescriptions. So far I have been in line for 30 minutes. If you would like the customers to use the drive through it needs to get faster. Never again, I will go inside to pick up.

Horrible experience. Mark the pharmacy technician hung up on me for my “attitude” when I had informed him that I had already told him which inhaler I was calling for.nnHe hangs up and I leave work to go refill and sort my prescriptions. Also to get the name of the person who hung up on me.nnI get there and all hell breaks lose when the person who greets me is in fact the one who hung up on me. He said I hung up because I’m not dealing with your attitude. I’m not dealing with this. Literally yelling. At a customer. Walks off yelling how he’s not dealing with this. I told him if he can’t handle doing his job, GO HOME. Just because you’re working doesn’t mean you get to treat people that way.nnSo the manager walks up and I instantly let her know I want to report him. To which Mark replies that he wants to report me!!!! Who allowed this kid to have a job working with people???nnIf I had acted like this at my job and talked to customers in the manner this kid did, I would lose my job on the spot.nnCandy, a WONDERFUL woman took over, and her and the patient and kind pharmacist took care of me, and got my prescriptions squared away. The manager of the store was very kind and very understanding.nnI understand that times are crazy right now, but if you can’t handle doing your job then you shouldn’t be there, or shouldn’t have that job. There’s plenty of us still working and dealing with people, but that is NO excuse to treat someone like that.

Our whole family had to get tested for COVID. We did the contactless testing through the drive thru. It was a simple process and the technicians at the pharmacy were extremely kind and helpful. I’m grateful for this free service in the Ottawa area.
