Super disappointed order something Sunday website said it would be done Monday at 12.nnShowed up waited almost 30 min and nothing. Today was my second time shopping at Ladies and Gents.nnFirstly, for a small town business I feel their prices are competitive and reasonable. Their products are quality, fashionable and relevant among multiple age groups and styles.nnSecondly, their customer service both times was amazing. The shop owner was working today and she actually helped me pick out dresses, showed me the clearance racks where I could find the most cost effective dresses and talked me through picking the best dress for size, shape, comfort and season. I was extremely thankful as I am not the most confident in clothing/fashion choices.nnThirdly, I am going to look AMAZING at this wedding on Saturday. I got a 1970's style cut knee length maroon bodycon dress for $18.18 AFTER tax ($34 originally). Its flattering, form-fitting and a timeless style!

Trendy local boutique in downtown Ottawa!! Ever changing selection every time you shop. The owner also has a men’s store around the corner called Gents and a women’s plus size fashion down the road!!!
