I can not Thank Karen, Nelson, Morgan and Jake enough for the great professional service my family received recently during the planning of mom's wake and funeral. It is never easy saying good bye to the family leader, but their personal touches and suggestions to my dad, brothers and I made a difficult situation easier. Mom would have been happy, and that brings me peace.
We cannot thank Ottawa Funeral home enough for all that they did for us during the planning and services for my mother-in-law. They helped explain all of the options to my father-in-law, husband and his siblings in addition to making the evening of the wake so safe (as it is during COVID) for our attendees and ourselves. The funeral went so smooth and all of their help afterwards (with what to do with flowers, plants, etc) was so helpful. We are so thrilled with Karen, Morgan and Jake!
I am incredibly grateful for Karen and the rest of the OFH staff. They replied quickly to any questions I had, (I had a lot). They were considerate and helped lead us in the right path when dealing with an unexpected passing. Even weeks later, Karen checked on me a few times and I truly feel as if I gained a new friend. Thank you, OFH.
I have found that the employees are compassionate, accommodating and comforting. They will help you through the planning of the services with dignity and respect. They make suggestions to help you personalize the service if you need that. I could not do their job and hold the in high esteem for their professionalism and compassion.
