The Bill Walsh group as a whole is always fantastic to work with. We've bought three vehicles from them, and each time was a great experience. They don't play games, or push on upselling (they'll obviously offer this or that at signing, but aren't overly aggressive), and are extremely transparent. We live about 1hr away, but are more than willing to make the drive when we need a new vehicle; I've worked with the folks at the Toyota, Sierra, and GM dealer; they're all good and honest people.

I bought my son's first car back in January and it was a positive experience. So when I was wanting to lease a new car, I knew to go to Bill Walsh but I had a lot of questions. Chuck was my salesman and he was wonderful. He wasn't pushy, he was patient with me and he answered all my questions honestly. The finance guy was very pleasant to deal with as well. When I decided to buy my new car, Chuck was very helpful explaining all the features in the car. I really appreciate that he took the time to go through it with me so I can fully enjoy my new car! I had a check engine light up and started to flash. Bill Walsh got me in expeditiously-thanks.nThe service was performed professionally. Unfortunately, two fuel injectors failed not long after my warranty expired. This was very expensive (nearly $1400). Just seems odd. Disappointing that something this costly failed with just over 36000 miles.
