Had a wonderful experience. Was a bit of a drive from where we lived but well worth it. Our salesperson Mike was helpful and courteous, the sales manager worked with us to get a great deal, and Amanda in finance was friendly, informative, and quick with processing the loan. The truck was exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier!
My father bought a car there and 10 minutes off the lot the the tire/brake light came on and the brakes started seizing up. He turned it around and they “serviced” it by saying they ground off the rust and damage off the brakes and calipers to a ‘legally acceptable limit’. This DID NOT fix the issue. He tried to return the car since it wasn’t safe to drive. They would not take the car back even after it immediately was brought back. Bill Walsh Toyota proceeded to say they are not legally required to sell a car that is safe to drive. I’m appalled by the costumer service and the unprofessionalism that was displayed by this dealership. I urge you to look elsewhere.
Very rude. Pushy. Didn't maintain social distancing procedures. Didn't even consistently wear the mask or offer antibacterial.
Isaac was exceptional, easy to work with and worked very hard to get us into something nice and easily affordable for us. You have a pretty awesome employee there and won't hesitate to come back or recommend him! Amanda was also very helpful and pleasant, both very much appreciated! Thank you!
