When we checked in we were greeted by a friendly gentleman named Frankie. He was very attentive to what I was looking to rent as well as my children's needs. The check in was quick and simple, he even offered to help me bring my belongings to my room as I has my children with me and they had luggage as well. I declined but only because there was quite a few other also trying to check in early too. When we went back up to the front desk to grab pool towels there was a very rude guest complaining about the bar, but he was patient and calm and informed her that he was sorry and could recommend a few in the area if she would like. He gave us our pool towels and opened the pool for us. The pool temperature was nice not too warm not too cool and the water was clear. It was very nice because other hotels pools were dirty. Later that evening my children decided to fight over blankets so I went to the front desk and Corinne I think her name is was very helpful and gave us blankets and also asked if there was anything else we needed to let her know. In the morning time before swimming we went to the front desk and Frankie was there again, he let my children pick their own breakfasts and it was very cute. You guys have a very nice staff they are very kind and inviting. Keep up the good work we will be back again next week for another mini vacay stay. Thanks Montcler. Special Thanks to Corinne and Frankie, my children are difficult and you guys managed to keep them happy. Would defibitely recommend and will be staying again!!!

Waited 10 minutes in the lobby to be greeted by a gentleman named Frankie who seemed to be face timing and had no mask on. “What do you need” was what he said to us when he got to the counter. Gave us our room card and the at was it - no explanations about the restaurant (which was supposed to be opened according to the COVID hours sign but it never opened), about the continental breakfast being in a bag, or about the pool. I went down later in the night when someone else was there to ask because he didn’t seem like he wanted to explain it. Hot water in our room didn’t work. We were told “just let it run for a few minutes and it’ll work” it never got warm. The pool had a gross dirty film on the top and multiple dead bugs floating. We tried out the jacuzzi in our room. BIG MISTAKE!!! The water was YELLOW!! Bed was very uncomfortable with pillows that were smaller than my accent pillows at home. Very disappointed in my stay.

We booked and laid for a king room, no king room available. No hot water. The remote for the TV did not work. The bath tub was dirty. Will not stay here again and would be surprised if Wyndham keeps their name attached to this hotel. This hotel is an extremely poor representation of the Wyndham brand.

The hotel is very nice, but my room wasn't cleaned and I found the breakfast to be very unfulfilling and not kid friendly. It would have been nice to have had something hot.

Looks nice on outside, lacks amenities. Bed was okay to sleep on. Shower needed sink faucet to be on hot so shower could have hot water
