Very professional and courteous. Very clean facility. Everyone was very nice and moved things along very quickly. Obviously these facilities aren't known for being a fun place to visit but it's a part of life and they make the best of it. We go for a few hours, while the employees are there for a very long time and some have been doing their jobs for a long time. Give them a break, smile, say something nice. You are there anyway, might as well have a positive attitude and let that pass along to everyone else. Smiling can be contagious and make a mundane task into a positive experience.
Wow was amazing!! Their system is very organized. I had to renew my driver's license and license plate sticker on my car. When I arrived it was 7:00am, but the doors open at 7:30am. A lady came out at 7:05am and gave me an appointment for 7:40am that same day. I just had to scan a code that the lady who works there gave me, I select the place, the time and that's it! Everyone who works there is very, very helpful and friendly. Special the lady in cubicle 11 who also speaks Spanish, for all the Spanish speakers. Great experience!!!
A lot faster than other dmvs. Friendly staff and very helpful. My son had a good experience getting his driver's license for the first time. Speedy service on plate renewal as well. I know I will definitely be back in August.
Was dreading having to go to the DMV after my license expired. This place has it TOGETHER!! More importantly, the staff was so fun to interact with (what?!). Legit they were are so pleasant. Highly recommend!
Very fast. Very efficient. The person who observed me during my drivers test made sure I could drive well and that’s very important!
