I came in because I destroyed my iPhone and didn't know where to go. Alex C was very helpful in determining that the best course of action was to use Apple Care+ to replace my phone. Even though the store did not profit from my visit at all, he went above and beyond to make it so I could use their devices to access my accounts. He was very patient and while I was finishing up with Apple on the side, I witnessed him deal with several other clients and met their needs in the same way. Great job and thank you Alex C!

Stopped in on Friday August 14, had issues with phone.
