Remington was absolutely amazing! I called the store after all my contacts were deleted and he helped me in a matter of minutes. The best customer service person I have ever had. Someone told me to get my new phone from Walmart because it was cheaper, what that didn't say was they really don't know much about phones. I wanted to transfer my apps and they told me it would take too long. I brought in my phone to this store and will never go anywhere else!! Remington knew what he was doing and was very professional! If you have questions, need things done and explained simply, then don't see anyone but Remington!! I would give 6 stars if I could!
Great customer service. Just purchased my new phone upgrade through them. Remington was the one that helped me. He was great to work with from beginning to end he made the process very smooth & explained everything to me. Upgrading phones can be complicated enough, but I also switched from android to apple & Im so glad Remington was the one to help me because he took the time to make sure I knew how to work my new phone & was happy with it!
The Verizon Plano location is by far the best! Remington was the one who helped us through all of our needs. I would recommend asking for him if you ever need assistance. Also, he has a great name!
