I loved my 1st experience w Jill at Advocate! She was so easy to talk to. I felt so comfortable telling her my health concerns and she ordered labs right away. I felt heard and respected. I have been battling with inflammation for so long and you can tell she is determined to find answers. She was so sweet and made me laugh. Extremely professional and throughout. The lady that took my labs was so sweet and kind. The whole experience was wonderful..I felt so safe. I saw people sanitizing the doors and the counters. They are going the extra mile with covid. I loved the lady at check in- such a kind sweet soul. Great experience..I have never been to that office before.
