Today was my first time seeing her. I haven't had great experiences with my current doctor. She is so knowledgeable I am very thankful to have found her!

Dr. Huma Alam is a great doctor, she truly cares for the well-being of my kids. I trust in her that her medical decisions are the best for my kids. She’s always busy, because everybody knows she’s a good doctor. And she’s never rushing us out of her office she pays close attention to the needs of her patients.

Monday I called as soon as the office opened and literally called almost 30 types and tried different numbers to for rush copley operators to transfer me to dr humas office and was finally able to get through when I went in for my appointment I was told that there was no eta on when I would be seen since the doctor hadn't arrived at the office and the receptionist was unaware as to when the doc was showing up I had to reschedule to Thursday and I've called 27 times today Wednesday to reschedule and wasn't able to get thru. Very inconvenient !!! Wouldn't reccommend to anyone !!!!

Dr huma is always behind schedule and patients have to wait for her over an hour. Really unprofessional.
