I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Trevino forever 4 years now. I must say that in the beginning Dr. Trevino was really up close and personal with her patients, you could just feel how much she cared. However, as time went on wait times got waay longer, and I feel that quality was compromised for quantity. Not to mention that my daughter was recently seen for a muscle related issue, and Renee who has more recently accomplished Dr. Trevino told me she would email me stretches for my 8 year old to perform, HAS NEVER sent them. I even calmed and inquired about the stretches a few days later, as I’m a firm believer life happens and things slip our minds. The staff said they would pass the note along and still nothing weeks later. It’s a shame that my daughter’s experience has turned into such a disappointment, as she truly connected with Dr. Trevino on a personal level. I no longer with you experience watching my daughter’s wellness tosses to the side by a physician’s office. For the public’s sake, I hope they get it together to properly serve their patients moving forward.

Amazing staff! I wouldn't take my girls any where else Trevino has seen both my girls since birth and has always called me on off hours even for the smallest worries.

So much wrong, don’t know where to start. My son is 2 months old and went here from birth until 2 months. Trevino was his doctor yet we saw her once out of the roughly 7 visits. My son has serious stomach issues that were never taken seriously. Not even remotely close was done to figure out what was wrong with him or how to help him. For his 2 month shots we wasted our time and gas to be welcomed by the oh so lovely (extreme sarcasm) receptionists that tell us they don’t even have the shots. Could’ve even call to inform us. (I was also there a few weeks ago and overheard a father have the same problem, not the first time for him, of them not having shots for his daughter). I’ve never met more rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional receptionists with attitude problems. The place itself was run down for a doctors office as well. Also had to call about a month ago for test results and had to call 3 times just to get someone to answer the phone, then we’re told we’d get a call back (never did), and finally got the results that they had had for some time when we called the 4th time.

I couldn’t be anymore happy with Dr. Sylvia Trevino, she is very friendly and caring, I wouldn’t take my two kids anywhere else, she is an amazing doctor and always answer all of our questions and concerns.
