With very little time to make the arrangements, Laura was able to plan our trip to DisneyWorld, Sea World and Universal Studios for the 10 of us (three separate families) as a family celebration for our 50th anniversary. She managed all the details very well and kept us up to date as arrangements were being made. Laura is easy to work with, and it was obvious that she wanted us to have a great time. Laura is an amazing travel agent. She provides great customer service and is always looking for the best deals. I love working with her. If you want someone who treats you like family, Laura is the person to use.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL- you can book a vacation with any travel agent; but if you want the little things to go right and you want to pay the lowest prices- you need Laura and Brian Adcock. I have used them for 2 cruises and both times Laura has called me; weeks after the booking, with lower prices and/or more free perks. I know of no other travel agent contently works to get you the best deal.
Laura and Brian did a great job planning our trip to Ireland. They suggested we arrive a day early in Ireland and the suggestion paid off. We were able to rest and sight see a bit before meeting our tour group the next day. They arraigned for all transportation in Ireland, so there was nothing we needed to handle. They covered every aspect of the trip prior to us leaving. I would highly recommend their service. Their professionalism and communication throughout the planning of the trip was flawless. We will not hesitate to plan another trip with them, in the future.
