I LOVE Essence Nails! I have lived in the Provo area for many years and have tried so many salons before I found essence I’ve been coming to Essence for about 2 years and I will never go anywhere else. They always do an amazing job (no matter the technician). They are always able to fit me in and are so fast! They also have a great color selection and fantastic prices
The lady that did my nails took off my acrylics and then kept on using the drill to take off excess but she was hurting me because it felt like she was going to my skin --- i got gel manicure and my nails chipped the same day!! They were nice enough to let me come in and fix it for free but even then the fix looks terrible..
They kept talking back and forth in their language and I could tell they were talking about something wrong with my nail .. today is what the fix looks like .
If anything it looks worse , the nail shapes are not even the same !!!
Sorry but I would never ever come back to this nail salon!
Essence is the place to go! All of my friends go there as well. You never wait long--even without an appointment. They always work hard to make sure you are happy with the results.
I went here for the first time and I loved it! It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be. My nails turned out great and the people that work here were wonderful! I came right when they opened and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes (mani and pedi).
I always come here! Such nice people who do great work, the pricing is fair and quality is always impressive. They work quickly so even when its busy they try to get you right into a chair. Highly recommend
