The food is good but the service is bad. I ordered online and chose the option to pick up in store. When I walked in at least 3 people looked at me and ignored me and then someone came up to me and insisted the dining room is closed even though I chose pick up in lobby online. So I had to go through the drive through to pick up my order. I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes which is ridiculous. If you cant pick the food up in the lobby then you should take that option off the website. Very unhappy.
