Every time my husband and I cave and go to the Bourbonnais location... our order is wrong! (not a fancy order.. no special requests!)nI ordered a salad made exactly how they are supposed to be ordered every time... each time I am either missing the dressing or multiple toppings on the salad or both!nHis sandwiches are correct about 70% of the time ... I don’t know if that’s good or not, but it’s much better than my salad odds!

The food is usually good, but certain managers have made me never want to support this Wendy's. One manager in particular is always nasty with me and has given me incorrect food and change on multiple occasions. They need new people.

First time trying Wendy's breakfast. The croissant breakfast sandwiches and potato wedges were really good. Very friendly service and our order was correct. Thanks to your great crew!

They didn't clean the grill after breakfast. Io ordered a bacon nator it tasted like egg, syrup, biscuits and pancakes. It was nasty.
