Usually I’m very pleased by their service however this time I was not. Steak was meant to be made medium well but is very rare, bright pink insides. The gravy was on its side so it was impossible to open without getting some on my hands. I can only assume the sudden poor service was due to a tip not being added online(I planned on giving a few singles to the delivery person), which is very unprofessional if the case.

Good service. Better than expected food. Building could probably be updated, but not dirty.
