Place is a joke. Manager said she made my online order and she didn't mess it up. Both bows were wrong and one made with wrong meat and she was mad at me. Then told me I can't watch them make my order to be sure it was right this time. Said I would have to have a seat or leave. Said I'm not leaving since I already paid. She walked away and told someone else to make it. General manage if extremely poor at her job....
Great food! Excellent online ordering, everything was ready and correct when I got there to pick it up.
There was a mix up with my on line order and the staff were so nice and kind. They helped me fix the issue without charge. I highly recommend and my foid was hot and yummy!
Normally I love Chipotle,but on 10-31-20, I stood in line only to see alot of empty containers. No meat or rice was ready and I wasn't interested in waiting. When the food is low it should be an indicator to start preparing more food before completely running out!
My order was supposed to be ready at 7:30 but I didn't actually get my food until 7:45. It would have been faster to order here instead of online. Not to mention the workers just take their sweet time and there's a good amount of standing around. I don't know, maybe it was a one off thing that doesnt often happen. I'll still keep coming because this is the only chipotle around and if it doesn't happen as often I'll update this review.
