I love my apartment and the landlord, Walter Sanford! He is pleasant and easy going. This is year three in this wonderful, safe, updated apartment. I love having a garage and the fact that you have to use a key to get into the building, if you don't have garage access. Walter has ALWAYS been wonderful in getting any little thing that needs to be fixed done in a timely fashion. His workers are professional and polite. Having a laundry room right in the building is so nice! And I have to add that the lobby/hallway and laundry room areas are frequently cleaned making the building smell so good! I am happy and grateful to be able to call this apartment my HOME!

I have rented a house from Mr. Sanford for approximately 15 years, and he has always been quick to respond to any questions or problems, always ensuring that any concerns are addressed, any repairs performed in a timely manner by professionals. He is always courteous and friendly, and easy to work with. Of all of the landlords from whom I have rented in my lifetime, Mr. Sanford is easily the best. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to rent or purchase a home.

The apartment building feels like home. It is well maintained, and cleaned regularly! As a single parent, my kids have commented on how clean my building smells! I take that as a compliment! I would highly recommend renting from Sanford Systems!

I have been a tenant of Sanford Systems for over twenty years. I have nothing but the utmost respect and satisfaction for Walter Sanford and his staff. We have more than a landlord/tenant relationship. It is a friendship. I have personally had some very rough times in the years I have know Walter and he has been there in the times I needed encouragement. As far as the actual renting of the property, everything has always been taken care of when needed without any hesitation and always done first rate. Thank you Walter and Sanford Systems.

Walter Sanford has been my landlord for two years, and both years have been wonderful! He's kind and caring, and he's very responsive to anything going on within the complex. I always feel taken care of and safe within his properties and would recommend his units to anyone!
