As a first-time home buyer, it was obviously very important to find a real estate agent that I could not only trust but also one that was responsive and patient with questions! Berry was absolutely a great agent to work with. He helped us through the process and also shared great recommendations of others we'd need to work with to complete the home-buying process (a lender, a home inspector, etc.). He made the whole experience less stressful. We felt well-supported and confident working with him.

I want to thank Mr. Berry McCracken and the staff at their Coldwell Banker office in Bradley, Illinois. Ninety-nine percent of our business relationship has been at a distance since I live in Pennsylvania. His professionalism, business knowledge and understanding of our situation and general help has been great. we had potential clients available even before we were able to properly post the listing, and we actually had our buyer agreement shortly thereafter. Having to get the proper paperwork sent back and forth was made easy with his assistance. I would highly recommend Mr. McCracken and his team to anyone having a need for a realtor in his area.
