Not only is Allison knowledgable and professional, but she is also extremely friendly and personable. It has been a pleasure to work with her in our home buying process! My wife and I were first time home buyers using a VA loan and Allison was able to answer all of our questions. She played a huge role in guiding us down the path to finding our perfect home and had great recommendations for inspectors, banks, and anything else that happened to come up along the way. She advocated for us when necessary and made it evident that she always had our best interest at heart. We will definitely be recommending Allison to all of our family and friends and will be coming back to her for any future real estate needs!

I have worked with Allison on many inspections and have never heard a client say anything except how great their home buying experience has been. She really makes the buyers feel comfortable. Home buying can be a scary event but Allison helps them feel stress free. I would recommend her 100%.

Allison was a huge asset to my wife and I in our home buying process. We had worked with a few other realtors before, and there were quite a few in the area to choose from, but Allison was the most considerate in valuing our opinion and really listening to what we wanted in our house.nShe consistently did all the “leg work”, doing in-depth research on houses that we had any potential interest in, and provided great insight on a ton of different things that my wife and I had not even considered in our home buying process.nnI recommend her to anyone. She didn’t attempt to push us in to any decision, and gave us every bit of insight to make the most informed decision on our dream home. I seriously doubt you will find an individual that is willing to work harder than Allison to make sure you are beyond happy with your next purchase of a home.

Allison was exactly the buyer's agent I needed when I purchased my home this year. It didn't take me long to find the home I wanted, and Allison's insights during the offer and inspection phases were spot on. Once my offer was accepted she was always available to answer additional questions and stayed in touch with my loan officer as well. She made sure I had all the information I needed to settle in to my new home, even bringing the form for requesting real estate tax homestead exemption to the closing so I'd have it to fill out.nI would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Allison to family and friends!

LISTEN UP PEOPLE!!!nAllison is one of those rare individuals who truly keeps the clients' best interests in mind.
