I have known Raul for over 15 yrs. When I first met Raul, it was as his client. I was newly married and in a state of transition at the time where many in the real estate industry looked at me as an undesirable client. Not only did Raul work with me, together we accomplished what many thought was impossible, a new home for my new family. Since then, as a licensed Illinois home inspector for over 14 yrs., I have had the privilege of completing inspections for Raul personally, as well as professionally for his clients. With his background in lending and experience with all the various aspects of real estate buying and selling, Raul is able to assist his clients in a way that is uniquely him. Raul is very friendly, personable, thorough, driven & hardworking. But, the two best adjectives that describe Raul for me is honest and available. I know that when I or one of my clients call him, he will answer and no matter what is asked, we will get an honest answer.

My mother passed in April of 2018 and we needed to sell her Town House. I We had an Estate Sale and readied the home for sale with paint and flooring under the great advise of Raul who is now my favorite Realtor of all time. He had my Mom’s place under contract in six days. I can’t say enough about just how smooth and seamless the sale went. We had a closing in about a month and couldn’t be happier. Raul is very attentive and a great communicator with all parties. He is a true pleasure to work with and has a great eye on the business surrounding the buying and selling of property. Raul is well versed in the business of mortgages and finance which makes him more like a one stop shop of real estate knowledge. Raul is an amazing realtor and a great person. He is detailed, organized, responsive, friendly and knows exactly what he is doing. He made sure that I understood every single detail and anyone who has ever bought a house knows there is tons of details. I could not have asked for a better experience working with Raul and I would never use anyone else. He made sure I didn’t just get a house, I got the RIGHT house for me and my son.
