I have rented from these people. When my first lease ended, I planned to renew. They then told me I would be restricted from a portion of my practice because they had signed An agreement with the dermatologists upstairs to prevent anyone else from offering services they deemed to be in competition with them. I said then can I restrict anyone from competing with me ? They said no. So I had to sell some expensive equipment for pennies in the dollar - or else move a busy practice with minimal notice during a pandemic. (Is that even legal?)nnThen for the lease renewal they offered a credit for painting, etc. so we had some air conditioners installed (Because the HVAC was not cooling the rooms properly). The building management hired this out to Althoff Industries. They did not work, kept failing , Took hours snd hours of our time and multiple phone calls -plus multiple times of not having our procedure room usable - to get it right. And once that finally seemed to be resolved, we wanted them to get a painting quote - and they said “sorry, time’s up. We wont honor that any more “” - who cares that there was a pandemic going on?nnSo buyer beware.
