We have known Bill quite a few years and he helped us a few years back when we were looking to sell our townhouse but then we decided to wait. This spring into summer we listed our townhouse, sold it and bought a single family home with Bill. Bill is amazing to work with. He is super knowledgeable, very responsive and always puts you first. It made the whole experience less stressful and comfortable. I would go back to Bill anytime and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy and or sell. Thanks again Bill!!!

Bill and his team were indispensable in my hunt for a new home. He was incredibly available and insightful. I was brand new to the process of buying homes, and Bill had an answer for every one of my unending list of questions about homes that we looked at, the larger process, and the local markets. My fiancée and I rented a house for 4 years that was managed by Bill Grant at Five Star Realty. Our experience with Bill was excellent, especially when compared to other rentals we have had that were managed by larger property management firms. We had very few minor issues with the house over the years (typical of any house) and Bill always responded right away and would come to the house personally to inspect the issue and make sure things were fixed promptly. It’s nice to have that personal touch where the landlord/tenant relationship is handled through friendly texts and phone calls and pleasant conversation when I would stop by the office to drop off a rent check. We would certainly recommend Bill and Five Star Realty to anybody looking to list their property as a rental and who wants to make sure their tenants have a good relationship with their property manager.
