This is my first apartment, and it is a good place to be. The office staff took good care of me during the application and move in status, with Tracy staying late just to work with me and tour apartments. As for Nick Sutton, he is a big teddy bear.

I can only say great things about living here, this is my first experience living in a apartment and it's been awesome! The office staff are very welcoming and informative. They also have a great maintenance staff! Always keeping the property looking nice for the residents and answering any questions we have. Having the pool open this past summer was such a plus. My kids and I took full advantage. It was always clean and kid friendly. There are two dog parks, grilling stations and even a car wash. We love it here! Definitely recommend living here!

We enjoy the feeling of belonging to a community! Love the dog parks and how clean and well maintained the complex is! Staff has been great making sure everything is going well. We recommend living at The Springs of Canterfield!

We love living here so far! The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They truly care if we are happy here. We love our apartment. The appliances are really nice. Rooms and closets are good sizes and easy to arrange furniture in. Residents are very friendly. Many seem very interested in meeting & knowing each other. There is a good variety of people and ages. Pets are a part of the community. Area well kept. Nature surrounds us. Deer. Hummingbirds and many other birds, etc. The pool & workout room are really nice and well maintained.nOur only thing that kept us from choosing 5 stars is that the noise of footsteps etc. from upstairs. The sound proofing between units could be better but we’re getting used to it!! Also...a resident caused negative is people that don’t dispose of their trash properly...even though the facility is well built they dispose of it improperly causing smells & a mess.nAll in all we are very happy here and plan on staying for quite a while!!!

This place is great. I've lived here for the past 2 years, without any complaints. Beautiful property, new units and a fantastic staff - Christine Gasior in particular, the assistant community manager has been fantastic. Always a pleasure to deal with, very professional, and always seems to have the best interest of the community in mind. Highly recommended compared to any other rental option around.
