The perfect rental for my family. The Seasons at Randall Road complex gives us everything we need after selling our house and needing a comfortable place to call home until we figure out our next destination in life. The staff is very accommodating and I've met many nice neighbors since moving in. The location couldn't be better, close to I-90, the train station, pace bus and all the shopping you want either direction you go on Randall. The park district facility is just next door and the golf course is a very nice feature, in my opinion.

Unless you love excessive noise, do not rent a 1st floor apartment here. They falsely advertise that you will only hear “occasional footsteps” in reality the people above us sound like they are going to come through our ceiling at any given moment. Keeping my 7-month old up past 10:30pm and waking him up at 6:00am.nThe management says that they can’t do anything but ask people to tone it down even though the lease clearly states you cannot behave in an loud or obnoxious manner and cannot disturb or threaten the comfort and convenience of others.nThese apartments are too expensive to have to deal with nuisances every day.nStrongly regret moving in here.

New apartments and great pool. Lived here for a few months. Came from apts just south on Randall and very happy I made the move!!nnResponsive management so far and keeps the property looking new. Looking forward to the pool in the summer!!

Really nice units at great prices (especially right now since for some reason there is no availability in winter months this year despite everything going on and people leaving the state like crazy. rent is sky high everywhere else for much less luxury than what these provide.) wish we could’ve lived here but seems you need extreeeemly good credit to get approved and a looooong tenant history. I have decent credit but got denied for mine, seems you basically can’t have any debt and your credit history needs to be almost a decade long to be approved (taking out a car loan this year was also a reason I was denied ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f). Seem to need over 4 years of rental history too. Mine is flawless but it was stated I didn’t have enough relevant history. I’ve never been denied an apartment before for any reason so we were confident going in we’d at the very least be accepted with conditions. Not the case, so if you have history like mine save yourself hard credit inquiry and the $55 each in application fees! Sad because had we been approved I could’ve seen us living here for years, the units seem well built and community seems incredibly nice! :(

Amazing complex! Peaceful and quiet, even with construction, can’t wait for all to be completed and to meet our new neighbors. A+++++, highly recommend if looking to rent and being on the Randall Road Cooridor. Tons of shopping in the area and restaurants.
