I rented my property with Grid7 for about 4 years before selling it. They really took good care of it. Mgmt Team was very helpful and always got good advise and help from them. I highly recommend this company.

My fiancé and I have been renting with Grid 7 for a few years now, and have never really had any major issues. Recently we discovered our apartment had lead and we contacted them to let them know the situation. Concerned for the health of our two children they moved us IMMEDIATELY, and have been kind and have done everything possible to make the move comfortable for us. We are thankful, and look forward to renting from them until we purchase a home in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Grid 7 Properties and, in particular, Carriann Overheidt. I take care of my elderly mother and had to find a new home to rent with very short notice, and the entire process -- from application to approval, to lease, to receiving the keys was very quick, and handled extremely professionally. Carriann has been very responsive to every email and request I had, and she made me feel like I was working with a friend instead of a stranger. I will recommend Grid 7 Properties to everyone I possibly can, and am looking forward to a long relationship with them.

Kiss your security deposit bye! They will charge you ridiculous cleaning fees and ignore you when you question them. Fine when you live there but once your out, they’re done with ya!
