As a buyer of lower middle market businesses we really enjoyed working with Turnkey. They ran efficient process and were very professional. Kept everything on track, level set both sides and expectations ,processes, and were proactive in alerting on common hangups or issues. They held my hand through due diligence and pointed me to legal accounting and baking and insurance options. Terry has over 40 years of experience and it shows !They answered any questions I had. The process was so smooth, I could not believe it Terry and Tracy were fantastic!

Professional, ethical, knowledgeable and detailed. Let’s face it, we find out what we are when times are tough, stakes are high, and tensions in the air. I have discovered that selling a business is much more complicated than I originally thought. Many personalities, egos, and agendas can put the deal in jeopardy. This happened with our sale which was nerve-racking and stressful. At the moment it was comforting to know that we had an experienced PRO in our court. Over the past seven months we have had the opportunity to work with Terry who has proven to be an outstanding business broker and a quality person.
