Me and my wife were first time home buyers and we are SO glad we went with Brokerocity!nnTo be honest I had no clue how much went into buying a home! We worked primarily with Emily, but communicated with Toni as well. Both were extremely responsive and we felt at ease knowing we had two realtors in our corner.nnI had a pretty conservative budget and was always looking for a deal while my wife was looking for something a little more move in ready.nnEmily worked hard to find a home that we could both agree upon. She brought us to see any home we wanted and there were quite a few! In the area, and price range we were looking, houses move fast. Emily was well aware of this and when we finally found our home she was ready!nnWe ended up in a small bidding war, but thanks to Emily we won the home at a price we are happy with!nnI can't say enough about the job Emily and Toni did, we're so glad we went with Brokerocity and will be sure to recommend them to all of our friends and family!nnPS: I am happy in the picture, I was just also very tired from a long day of moving!

I bought my first home back in March. My real estate agent was Ashleigh and she was awesome. She only showed me houses in my price range. She didn’t push me to see anything above my range which I really liked because I knew she genuinely cared about what I wanted. She was realistic and straightforward. She took the time with me to find my perfect place and now we’re neighbors!!

If I could leave a worse review I would. The agent I was talking with was Lina Veniene.nIn our emails she was unclear and unprofessional. When it came time to go to the appt we had set for 7pm tonight, she failed to show up. She did not call to cancel, email to cancel, or try in the slightest. After I used all forms to contact her, she called me back, told me she was there the day before ( but somehow forgot to tell me) and hung up on me claiming she was with a client at the current moment.nnThis woman was incredibly unprofessional, and wasted our time. I wouldn't recommend this person to anyone.
