It was amazingly clean an pet friendly...Everyone was super nice an helpful . We were only here for one night here on business but a place we would definitely stay again ..It has everything indoor pool , bar , food snacks etc. Very safe ..

Newly renovated, the new Best Western Plus in Bourbonnais has an incredible open layout in the lobby area which is a definite plus in the times of COVID. The rooms are a great size and have all of the amenities that you would come to expect from this brand. The restaurant in the lobby has excellent food and the perfect place to grab a bite or has a cocktail.
The staff at the front desk is amazingly rude her name is Danielle . She appeared to be high and kept nodding. The refrigerators in both rooms did not work. Our room keys did not work we kept having to go back downstairs to get new keys. I have a type 1 diabetic child who was having a low blood sugar and I could not get in the room because our key was not working. Later we were trying to get in the pool room and the door was stuck and once again Danielle acted like it was a problem to help us. The breakfast bar was not refilled as it emptied. And there was no one there to help with that. The rooms were so dusty like they hadn't been cleaned in months. I was told by shari that I needed to watch myself because she was mopping the floor. She was extremely rude and rolled her eyes about everything. We also still have not received the $25 gift card per night per room .
Customer service was atrocious. They did not listen or try to look for my reservation when I told them I booked through a third party. So they charged me twice for my room. Took 3 attempts for them to remove the incorrect charge. The tub, toilet and sink were stopped up. Every time we left the room the key card didn't work and we had to make 2 or 4 trips to the front desk to get it reactivated. Positive note: The room was decorated nicely.nnReactivated
