Just checked into a room today. First things I noticed were the smell of weed throughout the hall, fresh barbecue sauce stain on my comforter that someone tried to hide, ants on the bed, and hair in the toilet that I hadn't even touched yet. Not happy that this is supposed to be a 3 star hotel but the quality is so low. I took my things and went to another hotel.
The hotel was a wonderful stay rooms were very clean the front desk girl was very sweet,the staff was very nice, I love this hotel i would come back to this hotel every time,one house keeper I love her work I couldn't catch her name but she cleaned my room up stairs it was very clean smelled so good this hotel is my number one choice
Horrible experience, no refund even though we didn’t stay “due to bugs being in our room”, we come down stairs and the “workers” are talking negatively about us. Worst experience, trashy environment, might as well be magnunsons motel... BTW we got our money back and the Better Business Bureau will be involved. Find someone else to play with .
My husband and I stayed here for a week. We came in on the 24th of December and stayed till the 31st. The manager of this place does absolutely nothing. Our room was not what we booked and I had to straighten it out myself. After I got it straight they moved us to another room which took all day for room service to clean (if that's what you call it) I asked who the girl was that cleaned the room and found out ot was the manager daughter. Well someone needs to teach her how to clean. The other staff went above and beyond to make our stay. If it was my place I would make the young lady that works the front desk the manager she does more to make the GUEST feel comfortable. I think her name was Angie . There also was a wonderful lady that worked overnight her name is Barbara and she goes above and beyond. Before I spend a couple hundred dollars of our hard earned money here again I will have my kids check this place out for me. It's a long drive from Fort Myers Florida to there not to enjoy your stay.
The worst experience ever. Incompetent front desk in regards to accommodating guests. Had to ask for towels 3 times and still had to hunt down housekeeping to get them
