Waiting on my monthly check to come it never did ,so I called the office waiting on line for 1hr 20 mins only to be told will not receive until I fill out the so called paper work that was sent, telling them I have no idea what they were talking about, they got sarcastic with me saying that I should have knowen,having eplesey I had to get a ride to the office to be told I had to make a appoiment on the 13th stating that I have no way to get back why can't I just fill out the paper work now I was abbrutily given the paper work filled it out then was told by the girl they will get it into the computer and I should have the check in the bank and nothing is getting done!
At least the DMV verifies you have your needed documents. Nothing like waiting an hour to be told in 5 seconds u dont have what u need. Next.
they have one person working with 30 people in the waiting room people have jobs and dont have time for waiting for one single person becuase they cant work two people its pathetic they really need to up their staff especially meanings its so slow
Would rate 0 stars if possible terrible staff very rude waited over an hour and when we got to get my permit she said I needed my photo of which I didn’t have at the time and was rude said see you tomorrow and said next OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
