Spent waaaaaaaay to much time waiting!!! Almost 3 hrs
Fast friendly service. Little bit of a wait but not as bad the other offices.
The hours wait in line to renew one's drivers licence is way too long. Clearly, alternative processes could be implemented to speed up the pace. All the helpers were polite and cordial though.
Since I'm a senior I was able to go right up front and the 2 ladies I delt with were both very nice.
If I could give no star I would! I waited in the cold in a line that wrapped around the corner for 4 hours to get my license. I needed to take the road test and the written test. They were so slow they saw the line and didn't even attempt to make any type of haste. They were rude and ignored me when I was trying to ask them a question. They stopped doing the road test at 9 when they closed at 12 and on their website, it states that they stop doing it a half-hour before closing. Not only that they only allowed 12 people to take their test. When they closed there were at least 30 people who also were waiting in line for hours that they didn't even let in. If they want to improve their services they would allow people to make online appointments so they wouldn't have to wait all day in the cold in that horrible long line.
