The entire staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, knowledgable, helpful and courteous. Also, vigilant cleaning during this pandemic. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility.

The people here are friendly and welcoming. They know what they are doing. i have used Althletico in Carpentersville several times to rehab my old and weary joints! I've have always walked away a happy customer. Phil has helped the 67 year old man to keep active.

As a senior citizen who's very active, I've had several medical experiences. I can honestly say that this was as good as one would hope it to be. The manager/P.T Phil Gonzalez was amazing. He was extremely professional and very accurate in putting me on the right path to recovery. I had two serious problems, a ruptured tendon in my shoulder area and what's known as drop foot. Phil never looked like he was guessing; he always knew what to do. I'm so pleased with how both my issues turned out. I'm back to functioning at a level that I never expected to be at again. You can tell from the moment you walk in the door the entire staff is there to aid in your recovery. Many thanks! Mike Trausch

The staff is outstanding, welcoming and helpful. The therapists are very knowledgeable and do a great job of coaching their patients. Under the care of the team, I have recovered quickly from my injuries.

The guys here are awesome from when you walk in till you leave .... I have been coming here since July and they make you feel very welcome from making sure you have you're appointments scheduled . (Whom ever at the front desk) to the hands on therapy making sure to trigger whats wrong and help threw the therapy working with Phil and Eric there awesome and the few times the ladies helped me . A good group of people I feel who have turned to friends when I'm there .... so if u ever need physical therapy this the place I recommend for the 5 star treatment and excellent service they give you ud83dudc4d
