Kay Jewelers is one of a very few stores located in Northfield mall in Bourbonais ILnThey will be moving out of that spot in March 2021.
The bank they use is terrible they basically said I was not who I said I was I will never buy another thing from Kay jewlers.!

They where so helpful and they had patience with me.
Ordered a diamond necklace online as a Christmas gift for my wife. Site said guaranteed by Christmas if ordered before 2:00pm. I ordered at 1:54pm, what they didnt tell you is the processing time puts your order in after 2. So no necklace for Christmas. Will not be buying from them again since there guarantees mean nothing.
