My husband brought my engagement right and wedding band here to be soldered together. It's an absolute joke of a job they did. The rings don't line up. It's pretty visually obvious. I cannot even believe it. On top of that, they said 1-2 days. 4 days later they still hadn't called to say it was done, we had to call and pick it up on the 5 the day.

So my bf and I were recommended to come here thanks to his sister praising them on fixing her watch band with very little money. So on November 23, 2018 we went in to see if they could replace his rotary watch’s (of which was a gift from his mother) battery so we wouldn’t have to send it to the company itself. We are still waiting and it is May 2019. He went in two other occasions and the last time they said they were waiting on a part because it shattered or something. As both introverts, we hardly like to complain but I’m quite unhappy about this whole thing. I would never come back to this jeweler. If it was too hard to fix then they should have stated so from the start rather than breaking it.

I love this jeweler. Im used to spending $40 for a battery on a mavado but i brought him 2 mavados for battery changes and a wristband fix on my raymond weil and the total bill was $42 and some odd change plus he replaced a gasket ring on one of the mavados that another jeweler lost and refused to admit it. I finially found an honest jeweler that i will continue to more business with. 5 stars i give this horologist 10 stars hands down. ud83dude00 very happy with their work. 3 watches repaired in an hour and a half.

I have been going to Andaul's for several years now, and have never had an experience that was less than exceptional. They've restored and repaired jewelry I already owned or had gotten from somewhere else, and they even helped me create custom earrings for my sister's wedding with literally 24 hours to do it. They have always gone above and beyond; the staff is kind and respectful, and really listens to what you are asking for. It's not a yes or no place like some of the bigger chain stores. Not only have they always been able to accommodate my requests, but they've usually been able to offer more than one solution and in different price brackets so that I could get exactly what I needed at the price I could afford. I have yet to find better pricing, turnaround times, or customer service anywhere else.
