The woman was teal nice. Just call ahead and they come out and take the items in for exchange. They bring the items you need back out. You sign the invoice put your stuff in your vehicle and leave. Very easy to be taken care of. Also remember your mask.

Because of covid-19, you must have an appointment to get inside. We sometimes stop when nearby, to get things taken care of. Unfortunately, we didn't know that in advance. The people have always been helpful and pleasant.

My husband has been trying to get equipment they have called from Florida to send it to him, this goes on and on. No equipment. I have seen him get so upset it concerns me. He needs his equipment. Finally yesterday he called his insurance and they have not called or put in a claim for him. Shame shame, just lost a customer

Trying to establish business with them but they are so behind and employees busy that I'm on three weeks and still can't get service? May go back to my other provider.
