They answer the phone rather promptly, asked several questions about their services and cost and they had fair pricing. Was told to come in at 4 for a haircut and potential hot towel which I was looking forward to on a rainy day. However, they hung up and didn't take my name down so I figured they would remember me calling since they told me to come in at 4. When I arrived they seemed confused as to who would be cutting my hair to which I said I wasn't given a particular name. Was told to have a seat and I'd be seen shortly. Which they have a very nice interior and they definitely prioritized cleanliness. The gentlemen getting their hair cut looked awesome. However, I sat until 4:27 and decided I wasn't going to wait any longer when I had called several hours in advance to specifically be seen within at least 10 minutes of my scheduled time. Wish I could review how my hair would've looked as I love giving my business to barbershops, but this one employee seemed to be so disorganized it ruined what could've been an amazing experience. I want to say I'll give them another go, but to be honest this is the first barbershop to ever do this to me so probably not. Still recommend checking them out as long as you don't have other things to do and don't mind potentially waiting 30+ minutes past your appointment.

Great staff! Vinny was very kind to my son and even being encouraging to him! Will be coming back there soon with my family! I totally recommend him very clean and organized barbershop and what a moderate look to it!!

Vinny has been my barber for two years and is a great barber. Shop is awesome. Super nice clean and very friendly people.
