We had a great experience at Turk Furniture in Bradley, IL. We were welcomed and greeted by Lance (I believe he is the head of the store), we let him know we were waiting on Phil. Lance introduced us to meet with Donna while we waited. Donna was wonderful and so helpful! When Phil arrived we continued the appointment with him, and he educated us on the various pieces we were looking into. Phil made it very easy to understand and spoke honestly about the various pieces. I also enjoyed that he's a former Marine and shared about which companies are 100% USA made and such. While consulting on pricing he did a great job praising Donna for the work/info she had put in to us. Phil was our salesperson and he was awesome!! I've worked in sales and business for almost 20 years. He was not pushy but very through his pitch was on point. He was very knowledgeable about the products and he has a great sense of humor. Phil was friendly but professional. We love Turks layaway plans and the products are great quality without being to pricy.nWe have our new favorite store and favorite salesperson. Thanks Phil for a great experience!!

Very clean and spacious. Lots of light and showroom was set up for ease of the customer. Phil was our salesman and he did a phenomenal job, very knowledgeable and very friendly. Was willing to work with us on design and cost. Will recommend both store and consultant to others.

We walked into Turks just to look at some mattresses but weren’t really planning on buying one right away . We wanted to “ shop around “ to other stores also . We were greeted by a friendly sales associate named Phil. He was absolutely wonderful !! He was so informative and took his time explaining everything . I had no clue how much I didn’t know about mattresses !! It was just a wonderful experience and needless to say we bought a mattress that day and it’s being delivered Wednesday! We can’t wait !! I HIGHLY suggest to anyone looking for a new mattress or any furniture for that matter to go see Phil at Turks !! We will be back to see Phil for any furniture needs in the future !! Thanks Phil !
