Your employee Johnathon was awesome and made our experience amazing. He was knowledgeable and informative, gave us the freedom to roam about but was always available to answer questions. Exceptional exceptional purchasing experience. The sales associate was honest, professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to our personal needs. We know about what we wanted when we went in. We saw Mark at the Bradley store. He was so helpful telling us everything we needed to know, told us about the set up option where they'll take away the old mattress...super helpful being a single mom!! Couldn't have asked for more. We were in and out, got exactly what we needed and delivering less than 48 hrs after purchase!
I initially chatted with someone online. They let my local store know I was interested. Mark messaged me that same day and we were in the store an hour later purchasing our new mattress. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
