I've stayed here before without any problems but this time right before I called it a night there were ANTS EVERYWHERE. Should've read the reviews because apparently another guest complained about the same problem a few days ago. But the woman who checked me in and very quickly got me a new room was incredibly nice and friendly. The woman who checked me out however did not say a word to me when i told her I was checking out. She's pretty much the reason for the low 2 star score here. The rooms overall are really nice and very spacious. If you use a debit card for a room there is a $150 hold on your card as well.

It was quiet and once asked for the things that we needed they were pretty good about getting it to us but as far as being stopped and clean can't say much for that when checking in our room was dirty and had to be put in a different room when checking in and the room that we got put into next wasn't really clean so I cleaned that myself but at least it wasn't used so that's why I felt the need to give them a two

While the room itself was fine no issues. Upon checking out my card which had already been charged 262 for a 112 dollar stay which was explained at check in . Then received an additional charge of 279 for no reason other than someone at the desk had mistakenly entered me in for a 2 night stay. Was then told I wasn't charged but the charges wouldn't come off my card for 3 to 5 business days. The gentleman at the desk named Jim was rude and unhelpful in any way telling me I shouldn't have used the card I used. So to sum it up I was charged an additional 429 to my card for 1 night with nothing that could be done for 3-5 business days and if it didn't refund by then I'd have to call my bank to dispute the charges.

Cons: They gave me a room that was never cleaned. Second room was the wrong bed type. DO NOT buy anything from the lobby. If you want to use your personal card, they hold $150 per purchase, until you close your room.nPros: They were super nice. I did appreciate that.

Went to take shower and water wldnt get hot,2nd i had black ants in my room went down to front desk to find NOBODY parking not really accesible for18 wheeler but because i stayed on a sunday made it easy to get in out .... i WILL DEFINITLY not stay there again....hallway and elevator smelled like weed....overall not a good choice
