I love my post office. All the staff there is very nice and helpful. I was shocked to read the negative comments from the past but my experience ever since we moved to the area, has always been pleasant.
This is actually one of the better post offices in the area. Some one star reviews make no sense. 2 reviews down gives one star due to the fact his shoes were just placed in a bag and blames the post on this, that would be there person you bought them from not the delivery service
Asian lady needs more training towards customer service.
Please educate your drivers on how to deliver things. I recently ordered a pair of shoes and they just put the box in a bag. A BAG! Not even in a proper box with bubble wrap around it. For some the shoes boxes are special since they can be resold to others since they’re limited edition and when I opened up the bag my box was destroyed. Please hire good people
I love all the workers here. Everyone is nice and helpful and has a personality. The line can get long but the employees are very good at moving people along very quickly so you never end up waiting long.
